Add tofu to pan, pan fry on medium heat until just cooked or browned, adding kejap manis and soy sauce, stirring every few minutes. Remove from pan. Add carrots, beansprouts, green onions, salad greens to pan, to make vegetarian coleslaw, then add tofu, then sprinkle with sesame seeds. Enjoy!
